bummer!!! lol my weight slighly up due july 4th party.. bit too much food.. ugh.. i know party alway is my number 1# issues cause i love party foods! but i didnt eat any junk or pops!.. i only mostly drink alot of water and alot of meats because they have too many junk foods.. . i only eat salad, alot of dry rub ribs.. too much ribs i ate lol X'D..

oh well .. few more day of workout will loose more weight =)

227.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
