woot! my stalled weight fally down!.. my weight is say like inbetween 221-222 ish cause weight scale alway not right but i have to guess cause i hate old fashion weight scale lol!!

i feel good today!

but i had too much fat cause big breakfast morning with family X'D.. but i eat less at dinner by make oopies roll with hamburger meat n salad and some cheese.. yum! =)

i still hadnt eaten any junk, any pop, any grains since 1 month and big wow on weightloss!..

no wonder that grains cause the troblemaker!!!

221.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
