Woke at 215.2, up 2.6 after a 2120 calorie day. Looks like the meds are winning in the water retention battle thus far. Tried some Aloe Vera juice last night based on a great post by Knuckles. I expect that to help a bit. It's sunny and 72, so time to go out for a nice six-mile walk to get that part of the day knocked out. Have a great holiday weekend, my fellow Americans and everyone else: enjoy yours, too! UPDATE: Got in a six-mile walk and fasted until 3 pm. Got a 211.0 weigh in. My son and I went out to see the new Tarzan (pretty good) and then stopped at a local pub after for dinner. I had a cheeseburger sans bun and steamed veggies instead of fries. I did have two whiskeys, one from France and one from Taiwan. The place has an international whiskey challenge, where you try 20 of them and then get a T-shirt. Got my start! Did OK on macros, but too much protein and not enough fat. Will adjust better when I eat at home.

Happy weekend to you too Draiglist! You perseverance is inspiring...I'm trying to get more focused myself with the recording, but I'm off track...when I don't read right, I don't record (hiding it from myself?)...In a bit of slump right now, but reading your fastidious recordings, even in hard times, gives me courage to keep at it myself too.
