Sometimes I cannot tell if I am eating enough,or if my mid morning headaches are from something else. Sometimes I get headaches before I really feel the hunger. Do you think its a sign of under eating?
I feel like I am eating enough. today I lifted for 50 min at the gym this morning. I took a dose of BCAA before the workout. I had one large banana after the workout. At work I had 4 eggs scrambled and 2 slices of bacon along with iced coffee and a splash of half and half. I found my head ache atarted at 11:00 am. I ate my eggs around 9:00 am. I just had some grapes and a primal kitchen protein bar. Barely filled me up and my head is still bothering me a bit. I guess I am really just hungry? Or I need to eat more? no idea...=/
I think I am going to try to add a steamed veggie with my morning eggs for added fiber- maybe that will be more filling combined with the eggs

could be.. I will try being more conscious of my water drinking in the morning. I just ate lunch and my head also feels a little better. But it could of been from the water or food I just had

Try adding 1/4 tsp salt, or 1/8 salt, and 1/8 baking soda to 8 oz of water. Headaches usually mean your electrolytes are out of whack.

I get headaches when I'm dehydrated and when my blood sugar drops from not eating. So yes, your headaches may be a sign of not enough food. Some people are more susceptible than others.

Thanks guys. I will drink more water and try the baking soda thing. As for food sometimes I think it can be under eating too. It happens to me on the weekend a lot when I am running around busy. Next thing I know I have a headache which tends to go away when I finally eat
