hmm, sticking with diet plan and IF16/8 loosing good but gut a little queeze and tired, just going to pamper myself and take it easy. i'm retired ,after all. just one of those days. did do my watering , vacuum, and did laundry. so i'm not a complete slug. me and my guilt complex.

take it easy..im always tired after i eat my meal..some days just gotta take a 10 minute nap to recharge..
