very discouraging weigh in - unable to run yesterday because it rained allllll day but still had a good eating day and now i am up 1/2 lb. - how can that beeee!!!
117.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Because our bodies are made up of 60% water and will fluctuate hourly. You might have had too much sodium yesterday. If you are on plan, it will go back down. Drink some extra water.

thanks for your encouragement - i know you are right but it still takes the wind out of your sails when you know that you have had a good day and the scale hurts your feelings.... ha ha good suggestion to drink lots of water
