I wasn't going to because I KNEW! LOL But I am a creature of habit. I usually see a jump after a weekend of camping ( higher sodium and spotty reception that hinders logging) but fully expected a larger bump due to TOM. I think I am starting perimenopause so it is worse than usual. The three pound jump was a bit disconcerting this morning. :(

I broke down and stepped on the scale :( just to see...I'm up 4 pounds.....ugh, not going to log a weight till Wednesday though, maybe by then it will be on the decrease....it's pretty bad though, I guess I had a buildup of some sort....I know I know...TMI!!!

I'm up today too..same 'buildup' as Debra. LOL Hang in there, stick to the program, and you'll see the trend head back down.
