16 June saw the end of my 100 day Challenge.
In 100 days, I lost 10% body fat; 10.4kg; 46.5cm and BMI down from 29 to 25.
What a journey. If anyone is looking for a tool of the right education in nutrition and fitness, I highly recommend that you invest into participating in a Well I Am challenge. You get such value for your money!
Now my journey to Iron(WO)man has officially begun!
