:-))) oh yessssssssss!!!! Thank you! The gym trainer told me yesterday that I was now fit enough to do a longer spinning session, and push harder...Did not believe at first that I could, but hey a bit of pride and well, always up for a challenge to prove Mr. Muscles I can do it..he he...
