Okay, I'm back to it! It's been a month or two, and I've eaten pretty much anything I wanted so I'm weighing in at 160. Now I am trying Keto Chow nutritional replacements, so we'll see how that goes. The first day, they tasted kinda salty -- but last time I did keto I found myself totally craving salt the second day and on, so I bet tomorrow the Keto Chow will taste absolutely delish. (It's not bad the first day, just a little surprising.)
160.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
