Wow! I don't thing I've weighed this much since high school. I'm really excited!
130.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1415 kcal Fat: 50.92g | Prot: 63.84g | Carb: 181.46g.   Breakfast: egg kirkland, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Oat Bran, Fat Free Half & Half, Coffee. Dinner: Flour Tortilla (Burrito Size), fat free sour cream, Mexican Style Four Cheese, Taco Spices & Seasonings, refried beans, ground beef. Snacks/Other: flaming hot cheetos, Jujyfruits. more...
