A little bump up, but not surprising. Unfortunately, it is a lesson learned. Lesson: Even though you know something is normally low carb, always double check when it is from a restaurant. BF thought I wanted him to take all the grilled chicken that was in the fridge for his lunch last night. I didn't. It was for my son and I to have for dinner as well. LOL So, anyway, We ended up ordering from Pizza Hut and I had the order of mild buffalo wings (8 wings). Went to put it into my fat secret....4 net carbs!!! For ONE wing!!! arrggghhhh!!!!
