I weighed in 2 hrs earlier today since I'll be on the road but no gain is a win. Hopefully tomorrow it will let loose a bit and see some downward movement.

So technically I'm greeting the day with a cup of coffee even though it's still dark out. I'll get to see the sun rise on my trip to Tampa.

The good news about having to go to the office is I should have no problem getting 9-10,000 steps today!

183.4 lb Lost so far: 48.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
