Too bad. During the week I was dropping below 86 but unfortunately in stead of playing golf I had to go to a party. Golf means burning calories, party means absorbing more calories. Luckily I staid at the 86 mark, which will give me the strength to continue this week. Actually the week days are not so hard. It is the weekends that create the weight gain. During the week I am not hungry at all. The diet is working fine. Still no exercise though. Too busy at work.
