This is day one of my journey towards losing at least 70 pounds. I am trying a low-carb, moderate protein, high-fat diet that, hopefully, will put me in ketosis within 3 days. This is the first time that I have ever tried to use fat to lose weight. This evening I did 15 minutes of walking. It is a start, at least.
