Scarowinds on Saturday night - home at 4am. Brutal hours for a 42 yr old! Back up at 9am for church and Sunday School. Home at 11am - lunch and a nap. Back up at 3:30pm - working on Haunted trail for Harvest Fest. Youth group and some adults came and walked it. I think they were pleased with what all we'd come up with...yeah!!! Makes all the late hours and painting worthwhile. :)

Today I've figured it out....if you eat healthy - then switch out for the junk food/crap food for just one night= ugly tummy issues. Ugh. Why on earth did I eat fried green tomatos????

Busy work week - 3 days in the office to do 5 day work week. Next week 2 days in the office to do 5 day work week. The following week I will be in my coworkers office in Myrtle Beach....should be fun!

I'm worn out just reading your post :P Busy, busy! The beach sounds fun, especially since it's getting so cold here (high of 50's today). I know exactly what you mean about eating some junk after your body gets used to the good stuff! Happens to me too.
