Down 2 pounds in first week using my Ninja fruit and veggie extractor, and using it to make fruit smoothies for breakfast and soups from fresh veggies for supper. Lunch is a Boca burger with fresh avocado or salad from salad bar at work. My energy level has improved amazingly quick after giving up meat. Look forward to next Tuesday, which is the only days I weigh in.

A kindred spirit. I've pretty much gave up animal protein, a.k.a. meat, for medical reasons. I haven't gone all the way yet though. I want to become a vegetarian. I was never really a big meat eater in the first place. Congrats for your loss.
