Well the golf saved the day. Intake on Sunday was way too high but because of just 9 holes golf kept the deficit within the 500 calories. Met my target of 86 kilo's. Just four more to go.
189.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
