I have resolved not to step on the scale every single day. This type of behavior is obsessive and self destructive. I am not overweight in any sense of the manner. I am 5ft 6in and weigh 139 pounds. I just want to weigh what I did before having a child which was 128. Exercise is no problem for me, as I have been faithfully doing it for years and it is part of our lifestyle. I just happen to love to eat too much and really need to watch my portion sizes. I also have to be realistic that my metaboloism is not the same as before. I need to get a grip and quit obsessing over numbers.

I feel ya sister. I want to weigh everyday too, but I feel stupid doing that & knowing it's not going to change that much. If it makes you feel better about yourself to lose weight, then go for it. Just don't make yourself feel like a failure if you don't lose as much as you really want to. Bye!!!
