This is the last day of Phase One, although I may add another week or maybe just have an apple or some oatmeal for breakfast. My weight was a lot lighter this morning @ 133. It really is important to watch portions too, which I think I have been doing well at for the last few days and hope to make it a norm in my life. Also, still doing well at NOT stepping on the scale everyday!

2 days of not stepping on the scale. It is definately much kinder to my psyche to stay away. The diet is pretty easy to follow and this will be day 10 of phase 1, but I am going to add a few extra days because of the slip up that I had.
