I am a 29 year old, mommy of two beautiful children. I am a proud 3 year bone cancer survivor, who is thankful for every moment. I want to lose a few pounds to get back to a healthy weight so I can keep up with my kids & feel better about myself. I am following Weight Watchers & have recently started going to the gym. I am so excited about getting healthy again!

Points or Core
I have done both. I like the fact that I can have whatever I'm craving on the points system, but I never felt completely full. The core plan was great for quantity, but I felt deprived from my sweets, etc. I am currently doing points again & it's working fine at the moment.

I don't know alot about it, but it comes from some kind of plant in another country, Africa maybe? I had taken a supplement with Hoodia in it & felt no adverse reactions to it. It is supposed to speed up your metabolism, in turn making you loose weight faster.

Carbs in Phase 2?
I am coming off of Phase 1 soon & am wondering how many fruits & breads I am supposed to have daily? I love Kashi cereal, can I have that & a banana cut up in it at the same time? How many carbs are you supposed to have a day in Phase 2?Confused
