Did alright this week, especially with exercise. Dispose being sick a couple days, I managed to get 4 workouts on this week. Also, instead of an entire cheat day, I had a cheat meal... Just one, not a whole day of them. That's huge for me! 😊
219.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
