Did alright this week, especially with exercise. Dispose being sick a couple days, I managed to get 4 workouts on this week. Also, instead of an entire cheat day, I had a cheat meal... Just one, not a whole day of them. That's huge for me! 😊

Week 7 of a 10 week weight loss challenge. I haven't done nearly as well as I expected to from the beginning, but I am down. 12lbs and counting! I'll take it ... Slow and steady wins this race. 😊
