Getting back to the old me. Went and met up with my trainer twice this week and feel really good about it. Feeling the abs!!! My only real problem is my love of wine. I really need to find a way to stay away from it. Like yesterday, I was cooking dinner (which is when I usually drink) and I hadn't eaten in quite a few hours. Well, one glass in and no food in the belly I was quite tipsy. Even my mother made a comment this morning about it! (which never happens). Sigh, next time food then wine!
