This is it result of the see-food diet. Wow! I actually hit 226# before I woke up to what I was doing to myself. If I do not make a change now I will end up a type 2 diabetic. So now I'm a woman on a mission to improve my health which will automatically improve my life. Spent the last year living on unhealthy carbs, so I guess that makes me an addict. I managed to quit a thirty year addiction to cigarettes, there is no reason I can't beat this addiction too.
