This is it result of the see-food diet. Wow! I actually hit 226# before I woke up to what I was doing to myself. If I do not make a change now I will end up a type 2 diabetic. So now I'm a woman on a mission to improve my health which will automatically improve my life.
Spent the last year living on unhealthy carbs, so I guess that makes me an addict. I managed to quit a thirty year addiction to cigarettes, there is no reason I can't beat this addiction too.
220.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You can do this, For me the sugar withdrawal was horrible! But I replaced it with healthy sugar I.E. fruits not so high in sugar but I swear by it. It's not so easy in the beginning but give it about 5 days and it will be soooooo much better. Ever ounce matter and plateau's will come stay steady and i will happen xxxxxx Kitty
