I am finally seeing some results. It gets so disappointing to know your doing it right but the scale doesn't show it.
I added pickle juice to help with congestion from allergies. When I was reading up on the juice I was very surprised to see the different benefits it has for the body. Not the tastiest but after a shot of that stuff I don't crave anything sweet.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week

I've always liked pickle juice! LOL didn't know it was so beneficial in my earlier days...i just liked it. I just don't drink it much anymore because of the salt...

Some nutrition writers are suggesting apple cider vinegar diluted in water has a lot of beneficial effects. Would taste similar to pickle juice, I bet, and it's low or no sodium.

^^^tastes awful and pickle juice is yummy lol.... but it works and you are right, low sodium for those of us who cant handle sodium!
