Okay... about 8 days of solid diet, cardio and weights got me nowhere. Actually was up a pound on Friday. Kept on track Sat. Did legs + hour cardio. Sunday ended up being an unplanned "re-feed" that started with sushi at lunch and pretty much ate what I wanted until bedtime sans the sugary stuff. Also of note: slept an average of 8 hours per night Fri-Sun. (Weekdays is 6 at most due to work/school). Assessment: body was in metabolic shut down due to fatigue and adrenals were also shot. Feeling pretty amazing today and down 4 lbs in the morning (usually my heaviest). Eat more and rest more in June. ugh. Here we go! ;)
207.0 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
