I found that this site is really helpful. Also I started by setting small goal such as 5 pounds at a time. One other thing that has helped me is not to over do the exercise do whats confortable so you can be consistant. For me its no more then 30 mins 5 days a week. This way I have the weekend off to relax then on Monday its back to work(so far I'm down 10 pounds) Hope this helps..Lovely

i am studying to be a nutritionist, so i guess this would be some good advice. sorry if i am harsh tho. i think you should eat a better breakfast. breakfast is important because your body has been fasting while you sleep. i would eat eggs with either a lean protein (meat) or avocado. your lunch looks good. but for dinner you should replace the carbs (tator tots or hamburger buns) with a vegetable. i think if you eat breakfast you will eat less at night. hopefully that helps

..on hubbys ...me and my hubby cook our own and eat seperately ...very anti social i know but we eat differently when we diet my best tips are focus on the foods that you can eat ...replace butter/margarine with soft cheese spreads ( give to me by my dietition ) as cheese has more calcium in it and is lower in carories and you can still spread it like margarine or put it on you veggies/potato mix pureed veg into mash potato buy and use a smaller evening meal plate then buy a smalller one etc until you are eating from a side plate .(dont go straight to a side plate it is too much of a shock and you will not keep it up replace half of your rice with grated cauliflower ( mix together sometimes replace mash potato with pured cooked cauliflower ( season it ) and put your gravy over it ( honestly your brain will think it is mashed potato have a small side salad with your lunch occassionally have a soup for lunch occassionally keep a reallly really nice meal in the freezer to use instead of a takeaway ( dont worry about it costing a litle more than your normal budget meal as it will still be cheaper than a takeaway ..you will enjoy it and feel better godd luck
