Back again... Trying to keep at it thought don't always have the time to do this. Going to make it part of my morning routine now to keep it up. Also going to buy a fit bit to be able to accurately track my KCALs daily.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Erika - thank you very much. This continues to be a difficult path but I know that if I can drop the weight, I can get off the meds I take and look so much better. Thank you for the congrats!
