Worked again yesterday - 15,234 steps - total of 799.7 kcals. Liking this. Equivalent to 6.5 miles per my pedometer... Hope I can lose some weight on this. Trying now to drop overall cals. per day and reducing carbs. I still think I am too high - hitting about 160 carbs per day and <generally> under 1400 cals. per day. I know I am pushing hard but I want to look better and get all the blood work items back under control.
