Not much of a loss, but still a loss. Just frustrating. I know it will get better with more exercise, but between work and the weather that hasn't been going good. Oh well, it's another week. Just keeping my eye on the goal.

stay focused. We all want th -3 s but they are very elusive. - .8 is more normal for most of us.

It's especially tough when you get older. When I was young, the weight would drop off so fast. Now what I could lose in a week seems to take a month. You are right though and that makes me feel that I'm in good company :)

It may not be much comfort, but they say that post-menopausal women have the hardest time losing. Some kind of hormonal thing. Wish someone would find some help for us!
