Good morning all...Happy May 1st....Christmas will be here before we know it...

I am going to eat some more steel rolled oats for breakfast and then hit the gym...maybe the carbs in the oats will fuel my workout this morning...I hope so...

Yeah Momma! Git 'er done. I just polished off a triple portion of oatmeal. Headed to gym with carb sweats in full effect..

You go girl. That oatmeal is almost the best thing you can feed yourself. I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole. Mother made me eat it every day for 12 years of school. Gave me the sh**s. Man I hated that stuff.

the recommended amount of 1/4 cup is a lot of oats when cooked. i might have to cut the amount down. i about wasnt able to get all of it down. not because i didnt like it but i also ate 1/2 c. cottage cheese so i almost didnt have room for it all

Have a great workout...really sounds like you're figuring things out...diet first and foremost with activity fuelling fitness, health and a better quality of life..oh ya, activity burns a few calories and helps change body shape too... Have an awesome day NMT!!

got my workout done...got my truck kind of washed (not handwashed - a paid place), eating some lunch....avocado turkey breast salad....and got to see my son for a little bit before he goes back to base....i miss him a lot
