MAY DAY WELL TOMORROW IS THE LAST DAY OF THE AVOCADO CHALLENGE. I will still be eating them just not cause the are healthy but just so damn tasty also. I still weight every thing i eat and measure. that is the only way you will ever know the macros...if you keep guessing you will have the habit of it creeping up in the amount.
this is weighing the avocado with one table spoon of coconut oil...it takes the place of bullet proof coffee for me.
Then for lunch why not have some stir fried bacon and cabbage with avocado again...thats two a day for me... Bonapati

it is a great scale and the cost is not that much...maybe 2 or 3 dollars...i just don't remember...just get one and you will be glad you did....reads both grams or oz.

Oh I love the avocado. I ate one almost everyday till last Sunday when I had 9 days straight diarreah UGH.Could not stomach anything with fats whether it was a good fat or bad. I Was not sure which item brought it on. So I cut out everything suspect. I sure as heck miss it. Maybe in a month I will bring it back. Im trying not to trigger issues.

Believe it or not I added extra carbs to off set the issue and lost almost 2 lbs. Dont want that to be a habit but it worked. Was not a good week physically and emotionally when I started adding a big amount of carb I struggled. Got to work on that aspect of this woe I was afraid to eat the carb so to speak but it helped. I was starting to lower caloric intake and it stalled me highly
