Went out to eat with friends after church and did well in controlling the temptation -- no pizza or calzone! Ordered chicken marsala with broccoli and ignored the roasted potatoes (although they sure looked good.) But what do you do when the owner brings chocolate cake for everyone to see how we like it? I had 2 small bites and passed the rest to my friend! That way I could tell him how good it was (and it was!!) and not completely wreck the day, and it took the edge off the cravings for chocolate! So proud of myself!! Hopefully that little bit won't show up on the scale tomorrow!
