Been exercising good, just not eating good! Like usual!
143.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

i have the exact opposite problem.eating healthy seems easy.trying to talk myself into workingout somedays is very difficult....like today.even tho my brain knows i wont see a loss next week if i dont do it
