How could this happen, I haven't cheated once?
275.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 130.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You might as know now that weight loss isn't linear. We all have losses, gains and times we stay the same, lol! It stinks. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. You might have had too much sodium yesterday and it's showing on the scale today. Exercise, hormones, medication, sickness, inflammation and so many other factors can affect the scale. Stick with it and the scale will catch up.
