I am chubbier than I have been in almost a decade. It sure was fun to gain the weight and sit around, but since I quit CrossFit (too costly), I have become squishy.
I am back to drastically lowering my caloric intake and joined a more affordable gym. I'll track all food and exercise here. I just way prefer this over the app that I paid for. I look forward to seeing everyone's journeys.
