How did I let this happen. I feel so gross - so disappointed I myself. I am making it a goal to get 10k steps in each day, and working out 3-4 days a week. Currently charging my Fitbit - I have the group fitness membership, and I'm back on here. Hopefully for good. I don't want to be this lethargic and overweight anymore.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Did you take into account of muscle mass? As for steps they really don't do any good unless there at a brisk or hight rate. It is getting the heart rate up that help you. Hope it helps
