I knew the soy Sauce was going to get me...
Went out with friends last night and had Sushi, wasn't even tempted by the rice or other sauces..
For some reason just fish, with lite soy and wasabi was it for me.

Just water weight - sodium, drink fluids today and it may go right back down. Sounds like you made great choices.

Substitute soy sauce with organic coconut aminos. Taste better and a healthier Alternative
