Well I did the bounce with a CN... And today I am so not enjoying the bloated and feeling icky with foods I am not used to.. And on the other hand I had to say I didn't bounce as bad as I have seen others in my group bounce lol...
We will see how it goes for this 30 days of Carb loading once a week. Still not a believer lol

Not familiar with what you are trying, but I DO understand that sometimes you have to change the game just for the variety - and reverse diet boredom. I'm testing out the alternate day diet right now, with tweaks of course!

I would say if you're doing low carb then adding carbs back in can be a challenge to your system. I would focus on foods that have fiber with the carbs to reduce the bloated feeling. This includes cooked then cooled potatoes, sweet potatoes, and any other type of cooked vegetables, whole grains such as oatmeal, brown rice, quinoa and wild rice. Good luck!
