It isn't easy to get back in the grove after a couple weeks off. I am easing back into it. Yesterday I over-carbed a bit, but today will be a lot better. The weather has been so beautiful my hubby is going to grill steaks tonight for dinner. The steaks were huge so I cut them in half and we will have another steak in the future. The halves weighed 9 ounces each, so that tells you how big they were. It was a balmy 66 degrees this morning and getting up to 70+ by noon. I think this is perfect weather! I really need to get outside more while it is warm and not raining, but I have been tired and lethargic since my vacation.
