Haven't gained an ounce! Yippee! Want to lose 3 lbs by May 1--------normally don't lose at that rate but willing to give a BIG EFFORT.
Pleased with inches lost. Making healthy choices 80% of the time. Wow what an improvement! Wonder why it took me 25 yrs to wake up???

Great to set goals, and if you remain focused you can make it happen. I'm personally not addicted to the process (eating well, exercising and being diligent), but I'm sure addicted to the results. Tweek your health choices from 80% to 95%+ and enjoy the results. Glad to see you keep at it.
