haven't gained, haven't lost... considering the mother in law visit and diet switch? I'm not concerned ... I expect to go up a few. .... but man oh man... my lunch?? celery, carrot, 1/2 an apple, 1/2 a banana, spoon oh peanut butter... I'm stuffed .. ..... I had grapes, and a tomato in the bowl too but I'm too full. maybe it's all the fiber... maybe it's a carb shock... I kinda feel high... so weird.... anyway. it feels clean... I don't know another way to put it.... when I eat pork rinds as a snack, I feel like crap... have a meal of raw fruit and vegetables? I feel clean inside.... *shrug* ... still not on any actual plan till Monday but I don't intend on going completely crazy in the mean time.... just enjoying the fruit and veg I couldn't have on LCHF .... maybe ill have that sweet potato for dinner!!!!! oh how scandalous! !!

LOL that's me.... I figured I'd do what I want today and I ended up under 100 calories ha ha ha ha

I had 4 ripe pears, a big bunch of grapes and a banana for breakfast....well that is what I packed at 6am this morning and now it is 11am and I am still eating. My little paradise :)

It's about finding what suits you. Although I'm tending towards LCHF I wouldn't dream of suggesting it's right for everyone. Best of luck!

hey I'm sure there is a right way to do LCHF ... and I recommend taking a vitamin or you'll end up like I did... just isn't for me right now.... that's not to say I won't switch back or whatever... I don't know what the future holds. but for now.. I'm happy eating a banana.

If you are trying to lose weight the key is to watch how much you eat (calories). The second part is to get the proper nutrition for your body (macros and micros). The rest doesn't really matter. Eat mostly nutritious foods, what you like, when you want, in moderation.
