guess who can cross her legs again?? weird thing to notice but I couldn't do that for a while cause my legs were to big....... also... dinner last night... so good. feels good not adding a bunch of butter or oil.

Happy you are feeling more sane and satisfied with your food choices. Good luck. There were times I couldn't bear to eat another egg or piece of meat and all I wanted was a sip of milk or yogurt. I think by listening to your body, you can continue to lose weight and feed your soul as well.

thank you! ! lulani, well we will see how it goes... I just want to feel better... and so far so good. I still gotta kick the cream from my coffee though... I'll ween off of it over the next few days so ill be having black coffee (or tea) on monday

Yeah, I'm not the biggest butter fan either, for instance butter has to be completely melted in order for me to eat it, but I agree... Butter is not my favorite thing, something about the taste. But olive oil.. Omg!! Soooo good!!

LOL!! oh I grew up on butter.. I do like it .. but i dont want it. weird .... I just keep thinking of my mom... she put butter on everything.... like seriously. ...everything...... even soup... and a heart attack in her 40s?? that's soooo young. that's just 10 years away for me. so to me .. butter... not really worth it.... I need a balance you know? need to lose weight fast but not lchf ... olive oil I don't even notice honestly. .. I love coconut oil. I use that for everything, even tooth paste lol

I got so burned out on eggs that I can't eat them at all, and I don't eat butter that often, either. Interesting that you were eating so much butter, definitely not a staple on my version of LCHF. At any rate, the last time I was at my cardiologists office I was sitting on is exam table in the Lotus Position, the nurse was just shaking her head saying, "I bet you couldn't always do that!" and I was all like, "you so dang right!", this was the first visit I'd had in about nine months and the last time they saw me I was 130lbs heavier! I can totally relate about leg crossing. Great job 8h6, you're finding your grove, and that's fantastic!

Ya I think lchf maybe gave me "permission" to eat what I shouldn't .... give me an inch.. I take 5 miles.... I'm not saying lchf is bad... I'm saying I don't think I personally can do it right because I can take things too far. . like butter lol. ..... lol ya I kept wondering why my son kept hitting my leg back down... it's cause it was weird for him to see me with my legs crossed... I didn't even know i was doing it lol! odd thing eh? ? haven't found my groove yet...but i hope to soon... might take a little bit... but i gotta drop this blubber somehow LOL

hunter you seem to be so much more happier now with this new direction....and yes any diet can lose weight....if you follow the rules and don't lose your focus and determination. wish you the best

yup 35 . something pounds!! woot woot!! ... thank you everyone. well today I had tea with lemon and no cream.... not bad ..... I made a pot of coffee too but I had to clean the upstairs so I haven't been able to get to it yet.... could really use some more caffine. up waaaay too late ... baby kept saying "hockey" and making me play ...it was too cute so I stayed up to play.... man that guy can party lol
