So I have figured out a few things lately...

One, Skinny Girl is alive and well. She just likes to sit back and relax from time to time. Vacations are good, right? Unfortunately every trip I take to one particular client of mine (and I am there 3 times a week) Skinny Girl thinks it's time to kick back and relax. I mean, it is a country club, that's what you do at a country club! Fat Girl takes the wheel. So, I go in strong and skinny with all my good intentions and then regularly get beaten by my own "support" team. Skinny Girl has got to figure a way out of this... The team consists of a diabetic, an obese, and a super thin. All three bring in the sweets to share, none of us need them, and every pledge to stop has been broken.

Skinny Girl is however, quite capable of the occasional fast to re-set her system. She can make good food choices and exercise whenever possible. She really wants to be in control.

Fat Girl, gives into hormonal cravings, chooses to stay at her desk working rather than get up and get some exercise, and loves donuts. She stresses out and snacks on anything in sight and absolutely loves to put Skinny Girl in the passenger seat. Come on Skinny Girl! Let's go get some cake! Fat Girl has a serious sugar addiction.

So where to go from here? Keep pushing everyday. Keep envisioning myself as the 125lb Skinny Girl. Dressing for the job/body I want...

But, no I am not going to put on that size 6 skirt just yet... Fat Girl's ass hangs out the back. :)

155.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Skinny girl needs to feel her power. So, when you visualize skinny girl, FEEL her emotions saying, "yes!" Celebrate her v strength, even before she's feeling it. Kinda like we do with kids trying to learn a new skill. Celebrate them WHILE they learn. Every small success is worth celebrating...then skinny girl will feel like winning more until she, suddenly, puts fat girl in her place. WIN!
