So, I decided a few things and you can see them in my food journal.

1. I will right down the bad food as well. Instead of eating "perfectly" and writing everything down and being "perfect." Only to fall off and binge. It starts with not writing down when I eat bad food. In fact I am moving away from "bad food" and into the 80/20 rule. 80 percent of the time I will follow Primal blue print and 20 percent of them time I will not.

I am not perfect. I know that it is harder for me to lose than others because of PCOS and thyroid but I am not going to push myself into any other psychologically damaging actions while I am on my journey--a journey that will be for LIFE!
