Bah. Went out with the family to grab a quick dinner and completely blew up my sodium intake. Think that's the cause of my red arrow today with some water weight gain. Hopefully things will be back on track after my body can process it all out.
198.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
