Thank goodness the birthday week is over. After family bd dinner, distant relatives bd dinner and best friend bd dinner the keys on my blackberry are worn out looking up resturants and their meals! LOL But I enjoyed every minute of it...didn't lose but staying the same is just as good. You know, there is something to say about "staying the same" that means you are eating and burning enough to balance out each other. Even though many of us are wanting to lose...when we stay the same...we are saying...we are in control..we are watching..we are counting and moving. Today is the beginning of a new week and I am on track for the weight "loss" and I hope all of my buddies and those reading this are too.
