Had a good weekend and was able to stay in my calorie range the whole time...I'm so glad cause I wasn't sure I could (or would). I did go buy the full length mirror now just to find the right place to put it. Had a warm heartfelt talk with daughter in law about how I feel I have an eating disorder and it felt good to get it out, she is a blessing to me. I am feeling the workout from Sat. today woowee!! I know I weight trained now! good thing I didn't have plans to do it again until Tues cause I am feeling it! My life is about what doctor am I seeing today for what pain. Saw the back doctor today, see the knee doctor Wednesday..to talk about my MRI and the option of surgery..I dread that again but can't stand this inactivity and PAIN! I will be glad to get these two issues taken care of.
