I HAVE A CONFESSION. I have not been this diligent staying within my calories for a long long time. Yes, last week was a little out of control because of birthday week. But not really so out of control, because I felt really in control of what I chose to eat...and I am proud of my self because of that. I still have to watch out for my biggest obstacle....my hubby...I am still not sure he intentionally sabotages my efforts..my daughter in law says "no, that's just the way he is", but I have explained to him that if he wants to make me feel better (we are usually talking about my knee pain) and I give him suggestions, but then he still will go get mega size candy bars or say do you want some ice cream (the real stuff, not skinny cow) and when you are struggling with pain, and want to lose weight, that doesn't help...not me anyway. So gotta watch the hubby. I put down walking today for my exercise, I am going to try and do a half mile at a time and see how I do, I may only get 1 in and I will adjust then but if I am going to hurt irregardless I might as well move a little, it might help my mood anyway because the weather is much more enjoyable now that fall is here... and I have those two goal outfits I have to get in!
